1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services, products and digital offerings of Pegasos Finance GmbH, with its registered office at Steinhaldenring 8, CH-8954 Geroldswil (hereinafter “Provider”).
They apply to all users of the offered services, whether paid or free of charge.
Different, additional or conflicting terms of the user will only be recognised if the Provider has expressly agreed in writing.
2. Services provided by the Provider

The Provider reserves the right to change, supplement or discontinue the range of services at any time, in whole or in part.
3. Participation in forms, competitions and digital campaigns
3.1. Use of the provided forms or participation in competitions is voluntary. By participating, the user agrees that their details may be processed to handle their enquiry, to contact them and to forward information to relevant partner companies.
3.2. Participation in competitions does not create any entitlement to a prize. Winners are determined according to the procedure described in the respective competition. Legal recourse is excluded.
3.3. Entries with clearly false information, multiple entries and technical manipulation will result in exclusion from the promotion.
4. Conclusion of a contract
A contract is concluded as soon as the user actively uses a service of the Provider, for example by completing a form, subscribing to a newsletter, participating in a competition or by issuing a written order for an individual service.
5. Obligations of the user
5.1. The user undertakes to provide all data transmitted in connection with the use fully, correctly and truthfully.
5.2. Misuse of the platform, for example by entering third‑party data, circumventing form restrictions or deliberate technical manipulation, is prohibited and may have legal consequences.
5.3. The user is obliged to ensure that their access data (e.g. for logins or queries) are kept secure and are not accessible to third parties.
6. Data protection and data sharing
6.1. The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the revised Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG).
6.2. The user agrees that their data may be shared with carefully selected partner companies where necessary to fulfil the requested service – e.g. for preparing offers, providing advice or further contact.
6.3. The Provider’s current privacy policy on the same domain applies and forms part of these GTC.
7. Use of external tools
The Provider uses various external services and platforms to optimise its offering, including, but not limited to:
These tools may, in some cases, transfer data to countries outside Switzerland or the EU. Suitable safeguards for an adequate level of data protection are sought (e.g. by standard contractual clauses).
8. Disclaimer of liability
8.1. The Provider gives no guarantee for the availability or error-free functionality of the offered services.
8.2. The Provider is not liable for content, offers or services of third parties, in particular for the content of linked websites or for the offers of affiliated partner companies.
8.3. Any liability for direct or indirect damage, consequential loss or lost profits arising from the use or unavailability of the services is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
9. Copyright and intellectual property
All content, designs, texts, logos and media on the Provider’s online platforms are protected by copyright and may not be copied, modified, reproduced or distributed without express consent.
10. Contract term and termination
Contracts for individual services (e.g. digital advertising campaigns) run for the agreed term. Termination must be made in writing and in compliance with the agreed notice periods.
Free services such as newsletter subscriptions or competition entries can be withdrawn or unsubscribed by the user at any time.
11. Changes to the GTC
The Provider reserves the right to change these GTC at any time. The current version will be published on the website. Users will be informed of material changes by e‑mail or by other appropriate means.
12. Jurisdiction and applicable law
These GTC and all contractual relationships with the Provider are governed exclusively by Swiss law.
To the extent permitted by law, the place of jurisdiction is the registered office of the Provider.
